Unlock your ambition, turn ideas into world-changing realities, and join an organization where every voice makes a difference, and every difference builds a healthier world.Job DescriptionRoles and ResponsibilitiesThe primary focus of this internship is to design, develop, and deliver insightful Power BI reports that support contract billing and revenue forecasting, and case revenue and cost analysis. This is a hands-on opportunity to work on real business challenges and gain experience in data analytics, visualization, and business intelligence.

  • Develop a Contract Billing and Revenue Forecast Report:
    Create dynamic dashboards to track weekly contract billing and revenue estimate, and visualize contract performance over time.

  • Build a Contract Data Exception Report:
    Identify and highlight anomalies or inconsistencies in contract data to support data quality and compliance efforts.

  • Design a Case revenue and cost Analysis and Forecasting Report:
    Develop a closed case revenue and cost by segments report and predictive models to forecast open case expenditures.

  • Create an Open Case Management Report:
    Develop a report to monitor open cases for business ops team, and drive timely case closures.

  • Other ad hoc reports for data management:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and iterate on report designs.

  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reports.

  • Document report logic, data sources, and user guides for future reference

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Undergraduate majoring in degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics

  • Strong analytical skills: ability to link operational performance drivers to financial results, to identify levers that drive profitability.

  • Strong communication skills: clear and concise written and communication to influence stakeholders.

  • Strong PC skills: experience with financial systems/ applications such as BOXI, Hyperion, Power BI etc. Strong Excel skills in data compilations and aggregation (pivot tables, vlookup, sumifs, index match etc.)
