  • Compliance with Green Mark Criteria:
  • Assist the Engineer to ensure that the project's Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) and architectural systems comply with the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) Green Mark certification criteria.

    Understand and apply the Green Mark assessment framework and scoring system.

    Compile and prepare the required documentation that demonstrates compliance with the Green Mark criteria.
  • Sustainable Design and Implementation:
  • Work closely with design and engineering teams to incorporate sustainable practices and technologies that meet Green Mark goals.

    Identify and implement strategies for energy efficiency, water conservation, and waste reduction.

    Ensure that the project's design and construction processes are environmentally responsible.
  • Documentation and Application:
  • Prepare and submit the Green Mark application and supporting documentation to the BCA for review.

    Maintain accurate records of the project's environmental performance and compliance.

    Ensure that the project meets the requirements for Green Mark certification.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Liaise with stakeholders, including the design team, contractors, and the BCA, to ensure project alignment with Green Mark goals.

    Communicate the project's sustainability performance and achievements to relevant parties.
  • Project Management:
  • Manage the project schedule, budget, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of the Green Mark project.Monitor and evaluate the project's performance against Green Mark criteria and sustainability
