Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Graduation Registration Counter, including issuance of admission cards, guest tickets, payment collection and daily settlement.

  • Monitor and manage the status of graduation gown collection / return

  • Respond promptly and professionally to all incoming enquiries, including emails and phone calls - with exceptional level of customer service

  • Constantly deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and enthusiasm

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in customer service is preferred. Training will be provided

  • Detail-oriented, responsible and proactive with a willingness to learn

  • Minimum qualification: Diploma or Degree

  • Outgoing personality, with a positive attitude and strong sense of commitment

  • Strong  interpersonal and communication skills , able to engage effectively with customers and team members

  • Working Hours: 10am to 8pm, Tuesdays to Sundays

  • 2 meals provided daily
