JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Marketing Operations Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless execution of our marketing initiatives and operational activities. You will work closely with various departments to support our brand's growth and enhance customer experiences across all channels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Retail Daily Operational Support: Provide back-end operational support and coordinate with frontline supervisors to ensure operational excellence across the stores.
  • Promotional Planning: Create compelling promotional content and execute promotional campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales.
  • Product Packaging Design Development: Collaborate with the design team on developing promotional materials, product packaging launches, and premium gifts.
  • Events Planning and Customer Engagement: Plan and participate in food events and roadshows. Engage with customers to promote brand awareness and product knowledge.
  • eCommerce Operations: Manage online store operations, optimize user experience, handle order fulfillment, and coordinate digital marketing efforts to drive online sales and customer engagement.
  • Omnichannel Strategy: Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across all channels (retail, online, events) to ensure a consistent and seamless customer experience.
  • Market Research: Monitor and analyze market trends and demographics, perform sales analysis, and provide recommendations to enhance brand development.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
  • Salary will be commensurate with skillsets and relevant working experience
  • Possess a keen interest in retail and operations, has a good eye for detail
  • Motivated self-starter who is hands-on with a positive team-oriented attitude
  • Independent, Resourceful, Dynamic and able to adapt to a fast-paced operational environment
  • Highly customer service-centric with the ability to interact well with internal and external customers
  • Good communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels
