About the role

INTERCORP SOLUTIONS is seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Consultant to expand our HRIS solutions footprint in Singapore and Malaysia. The role will focus on direct client sales and building channel partnerships, playing a key role in driving regional growth and market presence..

What you'll be doing

  • Drive new business development through direct client engagement, prospecting, and consultative sales of HRIS solutions.

  • Develop, onboard, and manage strategic partners (e.g., HR consultants, technology resellers, payroll providers) to increase market reach.

  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

  • Conduct solution presentations, product demonstrations, and client workshops.

  • Collaborate with marketing on lead generation activities, campaigns, and events.

  • Provide feedback to product teams on market trends, client needs, and competitive insights.

  • Foster long-term client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and opportunities for upselling.

What we're looking for

  • 3–7 years of sales, business development, or consulting experience in HR technology, SaaS, Payroll, or Enterprise Software.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets, preferably with HRIS or workforce management solutions.

  • Experience in developing and managing channel/partner ecosystems in Singapore and/or Malaysia.

  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.

. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients

  • Ability to engage effectively with HR leaders, IT stakeholders, and C-level executives.

  • Self-starter with strong business acumen and a growth mindset.

  • Willingness to travel across Singapore and Malaysia as required.
