Senior Automation Engineer of Siemens 400H PLC

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Design & Development: Develop, program, and implement Siemens 410-5H PLC and WinCC.

  • Implementation & Commissioning: Be responsible for system installation, testing, and commissioning in conducting Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).

  • Maintenance & Support: Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and calibration.

Diagnose faults and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.

Provide technical support and training for customers' operations teams.

  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and cybersecurity policies.

Maintain technical documentation, including SOPs, wiring diagrams, and software configurations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in using Siemens CPU 410-5H and WinCC SCADA software.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Siemens CPU 410-5H and WinCC SCADA software programming .

Experience with Siemens Step 7 Classic with CPU 400H and WinCC SCADA software .

  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
    Attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Work Environment:

  • Office and industrial plant settings.
  • Travel may be required for site installations and commissioning.
