Senior Automation Engineer of Siemens 400h PLC

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **System Design & Development**:Develop, program, and implement Siemens 410-5H PLC and WinCC.
- **Implementation & Commissioning**:Be responsible for system installation, testing, and commissioning in conducting Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).
- **Maintenance & Support**:Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and calibration.
Diagnose faults and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
Provide technical support and training for customers’ operations teams.
- **Compliance & Documentation**:Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and cybersecurity policies.
Maintain technical documentation, including SOPs, wiring diagrams, and software configurations.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Education**:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience**:3+ years of experience in using Siemens CPU 410-5H and WinCC SCADA software.
- **Technical Skills**:Proficiency in **Siemens**CPU 410-5H and WinCC SCADA software programming**.
Experience with **Siemens Step 7 Classic with CPU 400H and WinCC SCADA software**.

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.Attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.

**Work Environment**:

- Office and industrial plant settings.
- Travel may be required for site installations and commissioning.
- Working in Singapore only.
