Singapore Coliwoo Property Management Pte Ltd Full time $4,000 - $6,000 per year

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle reservation requests from various channels in a prompt and professional manner.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date reservation records in the Property Management System (PMS).

  • Respond to customer inquiries, address guest concerns, and ensure overall guest satisfaction.

  • Process changes, cancellations, and special requests efficiently and accurately.

  • Coordinate with internal departments such as Operations, Finance, and others to ensure seamless guest experiences.

  • Resolve booking issues or discrepancies in a professional and timely manner.

  • Create and update reservations in the PMS with precision and attention to detail.

  • Assist in training team members on reservation procedures to uphold service standards.

  • Perform any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; relevant experience in reservations or hospitality is an advantage.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.

  • Basic knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS) is an advantage.
