Job Summary:

The Event Assistant plays a key role in supporting the success of business events by engaging with attendees, promoting products or services, and assisting with event operations. This position involves interacting with business owners, distributing promotional materials, and ensuring a positive experience for visitors at the booth or speaking sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage business owners and attendees at the event booth, ensuring a welcoming environment.
  • Distribute promotional flyers, brochures, and other materials to event attendees.
  • Invite prospects to participate in speaking sessions, presentations, or demonstrations at the booth.
  • Provide information about products, services, or offerings in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Answer questions from event participants and direct them to appropriate resources or representatives.
  • Assist with booth setup and teardown, ensuring all materials and displays are in order.
  • Gather contact information from potential prospects for follow-up after the event.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the brand in a positive light.
  • Monitor and report event feedback, including visitor interest and engagement levels.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in both Chinese and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to interact confidently with business owners and event attendees.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Previous experience in event assistance, customer service, or sales is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • High energy, proactive attitude, and attention to detail.

Working Conditions:

  • Must be available to work during the duration of the event.
  • May involve standing for extended periods and occasional lifting of materials.
