About the role

Hottoh Design Pte Ltd, a leading interior design firm in the Orchard Central Region, is seeking an experienced Interior Designer/Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional design solutions and managing projects from conception to completion.

What you'll be doing

  • Collaborating with clients to understand their design requirements and preferences, and translating their vision into innovative and functional interior design concepts
  • Preparing detailed design plans, technical drawings, and 3D visualisations to effectively communicate design ideas
  • Sourcing and selecting high-quality materials, furniture, and accessories that align with the client's budget and aesthetic
  • Overseeing project timelines, budgets, and coordination with contractors and suppliers to ensure successful project delivery
  • Providing on-site supervision and quality control throughout the construction and installation phases
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure their satisfaction and exceed their expectations

What we're looking for

  • Only Singaporean and Permanent Residents
  • Require English and mandarin to coordinate with mandarin speaking customers
  • Degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related field

or

Minimum 3 years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio of completed projects
- Proficient in using design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and work within tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with clients and stakeholders
- Thorough understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail
