**Working days**: 5 days a week

As a **Branding & Creative Designer**, you will craft impactful visual designs that not only elevate our brand but also drive engagement and communication with our customers. From developing a cohesive brand identity to designing creative assets across various platforms, you will ensure that our brand story is told in a way that captivates and inspires.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Research and analyze successful brands, trends, and competitor strategies to ensure the brand remains competitive and innovative in the market.
- Create and develop 3D models and renderings of products, spaces, environments, or any other physical assets required for marketing materials, websites, and promotional content.
- Develop and design concept decks for projects, branding initiatives, and pitching purposes.
- Create customer journey design, and optimize spatial layouts and experiences to enhance customer engagement.
- Study and design customer journeys for retail sectors such as Salons, Food & Beverage, and Lifestyle Brands, ensuring seamless, engaging, and personalized experiences at each touchpoint.
- Assist with renovation projects and provide creative input for new brand incubation & ensure all design work aligns with project objectives and brand identity.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Marketing, Media, Design Background or a related field.
- Experience working with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Proficiency in web design tools like Modeling Tool/3D/Rhino/CAD/Sketchup/BIM
- Strong research skills to uncover meaningful trends, brand strategies, and market insights.
- A creative thinker passionate about launching new projects, exploring fresh ventures, and watching brands evolve and thrive.
- **Work cross-functionally**with teams across marketing, product, and sales to ensure cohesive and innovative creative outputs.
- Adept at creative problem-solving with a highly resourceful, innovative, and proactive approach, while being self-driven and highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
