Job Description:

  • Perform front desk duties, answering incoming calls in a professional manner.
  • Ensure that the reception and conference/ meeting rooms are well kept at all times.
  • Handling incoming/outgoing courier packages, mails, and other deliveries.
  • Manage office consumables including office pantry supplies, printing name cards, stationeries, etc.
  • Assist in all company events and logistics arrangement.
  • Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned.

Requirements:

  • Well-organized, independent, meticulous and able to multi-task.
  • Open to learning and adaptable to changes.
  • Good telephone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese speaking associates)
  • Fresh graduates are welcome.
