Job Description:
- Perform front desk duties, answering incoming calls in a professional manner.
- Ensure that the reception and conference/ meeting rooms are well kept at all times.
- Handling incoming/outgoing courier packages, mails, and other deliveries.
- Manage office consumables including office pantry supplies, printing name cards, stationeries, etc.
- Assist in all company events and logistics arrangement.
- Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned.
Requirements:
- Well-organized, independent, meticulous and able to multi-task.
- Open to learning and adaptable to changes.
- Good telephone etiquette and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese speaking associates)
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
