About the Opportunity

  • Adecco is partnering with an Investment Holding Company to find a highly skilled and strategic We are looking for a seasoned Corporatec Finance Professional with strong business acumen and an M&A background to join the Singapore HQ.
  • This individual will play a pivotal role in M&A execution, financial due diligence, strategic planning, and capital allocation, supporting the company's growth ambitions across multiple regions.

Main duties & and responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the CFO to develop and execute M&A strategies, including target evaluation, financial modeling, due diligence, and post-merger integration.
  • Lead financial analysis and valuation assessments for investment opportunities, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on capital structure, risk management, and long-term financial planning.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with business units to drive financial and operational efficiencies.
  • Support fundraising efforts and investor relations, ensuring alignment with the company's financial strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and corporate governance.
  • Act as a thought leader, providing data-driven insights to support executive decision-making.

The Talent

  • Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, with CPA / CA / ACCA / ICAEW qualification.
  • Over 8 years of relevant M&A experience in established organizations and at least 4 years in a Big 4 accounting firm.
  • Proven track record as a strong finance business partner or finance leader, with extensive experience working with investors, investment portfolios, and statutory boards.
  • Familiar with Healthcare and Aerospace industry.
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to drive business and investment strategy initiatives.
  • Strong business acumen and exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with business stakeholders.
