Our Client

Our client is a reputable French healthcare company with an increasing footprint across Asia. They are looking for a proactive and commercially minded Regional Demand & Supply Planner to join their APAC team. This 6-month maternity cover contract offers the opportunity to work closely with regional leadership, gain exposure to diverse markets, and collaborate across multiple functions to drive business performance.

Job Description

  • Manage demand and supply planning for APAC markets (11 countries), working closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams.
  • Run the monthly S&OP cycle, consolidating forecasts and aligning supply plans with business needs.
  • Partner with distributors to monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Analyse market trends, sales data, and risks to recommend supply chain adjustments.
  • Prepare reports for the GM, APAC, highlighting key insights and performance metrics.
  • Support regional projects to improve planning processes and system usage.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
  • At least 8 years' experience in demand and supply planning, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceutical, FMCG, or related sectors.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, able to challenge and align forecasts with business goals.
  • Familiar with S&OP processes and comfortable working in lean teams.
  • Good knowledge of SAP and Excel; BI tool experience is a plus.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and commercially minded.
