We are looking for a Regional B2B Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives across ASEAN and Hong Kong. In this role, you will develop and execute go-to-market strategies, demand generation campaigns, and regional events, while working closely with sales to drive pipeline growth and business outcomes in the telecom, cybersecurity, or service provider sectors.

  • Develop and own the regional marketing strategy for ASEAN and Hong Kong in alignment with GTM objectives.
  • Liaise with regional sales and product leadership to craft and execute GTM strategies.
  • Plan and run demand generation campaigns across multiple channels (email, LinkedIn, referrals, cold calling) to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Engage C-level executives and coordinate with Sales Managers to initiate meetings and follow up to close deals.
  • Manage regional marketing budgets and ensure optimum spend efficiency.
  • Track and report lead status and campaign performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Plan, execute, and measure the success of regional events and marketing activations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise B2B marketing experience, ideally with regional exposure in ASEAN/Hong Kong.
  • Experience in Telecom, Cybersecurity, or Service Provider sectors preferred.
  • Proven ability to run marketing campaigns and generate measurable results.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Independent, self-driven, and able to collaborate closely with sales teams.
