About the Job

In this position, you take responsibility for an assigned sales territory in Singapore through skilled end-user engagement in the hospital and clinic channels. You will visit KOLs, support surgical cases, and aim for revenue growth in the local market while advancing the brand presence.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Engaging with customers regularly on the field. Meeting with important Key Opinion Leaders in your therapeutic area, providing clinical insight and proposing appropriate solutions
  • Introducing the latest products and technologies into the market, and assisting with marketing/launch activities.
  • Developing the customer database and new accounts while maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts.
  • Building sales pipelines and exploring opportunities in the Singapore market, including hospitals and clinics
  • Conducting technical workshops and demonstrations, for training and upskilling of end-users and distributors.
  • Reporting of results and territory analysis.
  • Achieving assigned financial objectives and sales targets.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline such as, biology, biomedical science, pharmaceutical science, biotechnology or a related field
  • 2 years of medical device sales experience, with an on-field background.
  • A background of capital medical equipment sales experience will be an advantage
  • Ability to travel on-field extensively within Singapore and visit customers on a day-to-day basis
  • Technical sales ability, with a consultative and solution-oriented mindset
  • Result-oriented personality, and a drive to achieve
  • Excellent communication ability in English and strong presentation skills
