As Head of QEHS at NTS Singapore, you will be the cornerstone of our quality operations, managing all aspects of Product, Customer, and Supplier Quality. You will serve as an effective change agent, championing quality improvement initiatives while maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring compliance with ISO Quality Management Systems. Your meticulous attention to detail and positive attitude will drive operational excellence across the organization.

• Manage all aspects of Quality function including Product, Customer, and Supplier Quality;

• Establish and maintain customer relationships, manage customer data, lead closure on customer issues, and present to customers on quality topics as needed;

• Ensure outgoing product quality by working with operations teams to implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions;

• Champion and lead quality improvement initiatives, identifying continuous improvement opportunities and developing new efficient processes and procedures;

• Develop and implement quality tools, disciplines and methods to improve operational results across the organisation;

• Maintain and oversee the ISO Quality Management System;

• Monitor and ensure compliance with all Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental legislation while ensuring a safe working environment;

• Lead, motivate and guide the NTS Singapore quality team effectively.
  

• Possess a degree in any related discipline;

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing;

• Knowledge in ISO standards preferred;

• Possess excellent interpersonal skills to relate with staff and managers at all levels;

• Sound organizational skills and ability to anticipate and resolve problems effectively;

• Possess excellent planning and organization skills with the ability to execute the whole planning process from identifying and setting achievable goals, developing necessary strategies, and outlining tasks and schedules to achieve set goals;

• Meticulous with good attention to details and possess a good positive attitude.
