Job Responsibilities :

  • Oversee and maintain high standards of quality control for fresh produce, ensuring inspections comply with ISO/FSSC 22000, HACCP, and GMP requirements.
  • Supervise the Quality Control team, ensuring inspections are conducted efficiently and all deviations are documented.
  • Report production performance, issues, and improvement opportunities to the Head of Operations.
  • Conduct training and audits on Quality Assurance programs, including 5S, GMP, food safety, hygiene, and customer-specific standards.
  • Handle customer complaints and supplier rejections, performing investigations and implementing timely corrective actions.
  • Ensure all employees follow SOPs, provide ongoing training, and liaise with authorities for food safety audits.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Food Science, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or related field.
  • Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO standards preferred.
  • Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience in FMCG or manufacturing QA is an advantage.
  • Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently.
