We are seeking a talented L3 Engineer- End User Computing to join our team on a 1-year contract. This role offers a great opportunity to gain exposure to the organization, with the potential for conversion to a permanent position based on performance.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing large-scale device environments and possess strong technical skills across both Windows and Mac platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide L3 support for over 2000 end-user devices like laptops, desktops, iPhone etc
  • The role is covering the end-user devices and apps ensuring the complex and complicated issues are being looked into and resolved, for stability.
  • The person would have experience in receiving escalations from L2/ServiceDesk and providing support answers back to L2/ServiceDesk who would then liaise with the customer themselves.
  • Manage vendor relationships (e.g., Netmotion, Microsoft)
  • Devices are referring to laptops and iPhones, etc.
  • Will need to do an interaction with users (if there is an issue or ticket) but not too much.
  • Handle driver and firmware deployment
  • Administer and manage devices using Microsoft Intune
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex Windows OS and hardware issues
  • Develop PowerShell scripts for automation and system tasks
  • Provide Mac device support and administration

Key Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in End User Support - Desktop and System Engineering
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Intune Device Management, Trouble shooting, Debugging of Windows OS, Hardware Issues and PowerShell Scripting
  • Key technologies this person will work on are SCCM (know SCCM consult, manage patching, application packaging, drivers VPN solution), Intune (to manage iPhone solution).
  • Experience in managing large device fleets
  • Experience in Drivers and Deployment firmware
  • Familiarity with Mac environments and enterprise tools
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Experience in dealing with vendors like NetMotion, Microsoft, etc.
