The Head of Legal is responsible for demonstrating strategic leadership, effective communication, business acumen, accountability, and a vision for their portfolio of family entities. He/she will monitor and provide advice on all legal matter involving the investment of the Family office.

Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to :

  • Monitoring and providing advice on all legal matter involving the investment of the Family office in Indonesia.
  • Monitoring and supervising the compliance work and the corporate secretarial work of the investment and portfolio of family office all around the world.
  • Advise on company structuring and lead the incorporation of the investment companies under Family office portfolio.
  • Involve in drafting, reviewing, providing advice and negotiating of all contracts related to the operation oof family office.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Law, or a related field.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication and leadership skills, with the ability to communicate and manage staff at all levels·
  • Able to work under pressure with high levels of resilience and drive, able to see the strategic big picture but also to roll up sleeves and get into the detail and delivery of or corporate projects
  • Strong team player and sound management skills
