Job Description Champion all legal operations across the organization, ensuring seamless support and strategic alignment. Advise senior leadership on legal strategy, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation. Draft, review, and negotiate a diverse range of commercial contracts-from SaaS and service agreements to vendor and contractor deals. Spearhead complex M&A transactions, joint ventures, and strategic investments from start to finish. Continuously refine internal policies and frameworks to ensure compliance and reduce legal exposure. Conduct regular risk assessments and develop actionable plans to address potential legal and compliance issues. Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and regulatory authorities to resolve legal matters efficiently. The Successful Applicant A successful Head of Legal should have: A bachelor's degree in law or a related field. At least 5 years of hands-on legal experience, with a strong track record in managing corporate M&A across APAC and the Middle East. Proven expertise in corporate restructuring projects within the APAC region. Deep understanding of regional laws and regulations. Confidence to operate independently and manage multiple priorities with precision. A results-driven mindset and the ability to deliver timely, high-quality outcomes.
