Responsibilities

• Lead planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of business application systems (e.g., SAP, ETRM) for APAC operations.
• Collaborate with users to identify requirements and propose IT solutions that optimize business processes and operational efficiency.
• Provide end-user support and respond to IT-related inquiries and requests.
• Manage IT assets, including procurement, setup, inventory, and disposal of hardware and software.
• Coordinate and supervise IT vendors and service providers to ensure timely and quality delivery of services.
• Support IT-related matters for group companies and subsidiaries in the APAC region.
• Assist in budget management and planning for effective IT systems development.
• Continuously develop IT skills and knowledge to stay updated with industry trends.

Requirements

• Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT application management or IT support, preferably in a trading environment.
• Proven experience in planning, operating, and troubleshooting business application systems (e.g., SAP, ETRM).
• Strong background in end-user support and issue resolution.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Ability to identify and implement IT solutions to improve business processes.
