Responsibilities:

  • Conduct inspections and testing of products to ensure performance and compliance with standards.
  • Write clear and concise reports on product performance, testing results, and corrective actions.
  • Investigate product issues, identify root causes, and implement or recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to resolve product issues and enhance product performance.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints, providing technical support both on-site and off-site.
  • Liaise with internal teams (R&D, production, and operations) to implement corrective measures and improvements.
  • Monitor and track customer satisfaction, providing feedback for process and product enhancements.
  • Participate in audits, inspections, and internal quality or service reviews to ensure adherence to standards.
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining quality and service processes across products and projects.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field).
  • Solid understanding of quality control processes, product testing, and defect analysis.
  • Proficient in technical report writing and effective communication.
  • Experience in supplier management and resolving product-related issues.
  • Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
