Job description:

Responsibilities

  • Manage real estate related transactions e.g. acquistions and disposal, financing, leasing
  • Provide legal support for ad-hoc operational matters, such as drafting/reviewing commercial contracts for purchase of goods and services, employment etc. issues.

The successful candidate will work closely with the internal clients from development planning & acquisitino, finance, tax and leasing departments as well as external legal counsels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Law and have at least 5 years' PQE in law firms handling corporate real estate transactions or real estate financing or as an in-house counsel in real estate firms handling M&A or financing.
  • Bar qualification in Singapore or other common law jurisdictions.
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
  • Ability to provide pragmatic and strategic legal advice.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
