Job Description:
- Support the Sales Department in carrying out day to day administrative duties
- Maintain an organized filing system for paper and electronic documents.
- To handle call/email enquiries.
- To prepare sales quotations & invoices.
Requirement:
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in admin
- Preferred Diploma holder or minimum GCE 'O' level.
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- The ideal candidate is a nice, friendly person, able to multi-task and work independently.
- Working Hours: 5.5 days, Mon – Fri (8.45 am – 5.40 pm), Sat (8.45am pm)
