Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
  • Identify new market opportunities, trends, and service innovations to expand market share.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Lead proposal and tender submissions and negotiate contracts to ensure profitability.
  • Oversee account management and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Mentor and develop the business development team to achieve performance goals.
  • Monitor KPIs and provide regular market and performance reports to management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in business development, sales, or commercial management, ideally within facilities management or related industries.
  • Proven track record in securing new contracts and managing key accounts.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Established network in healthcare or institutional sectors preferred.
  • Willing to attend occasional evening or weekend networking events.
