This leadership role requires a balance of strategic foresight, commercial acumen, and strong relationship-building skills. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the company's growth agenda and positioning it as a trusted partner of choice in the industry.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Identify new market opportunities, trends, and service innovations to expand market share.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Lead proposal and tender submissions and negotiate contracts to ensure profitability.
- Oversee account management and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Mentor and develop the business development team to achieve performance goals.
- Monitor KPIs and provide regular market and performance reports to management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in business development, sales, or commercial management, ideally within facilities management or related industries.
- Proven track record in securing new contracts and managing key accounts.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Established network in healthcare or institutional sectors preferred.
- Willing to attend occasional evening or weekend networking events.
