Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve or exceed bookings, revenue, and profitability targets in Singapore.
  • Identify and engage new prospects, analyze customer requirements, and create winning sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, end users, and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Inside Sales, Service, and Product Specialist teams to develop technical proposals, quotations, and project documentation.
  • Promote regulators, pressure safety relief valves, and related service solutions through active field engagement and marketing initiatives.
  • Proactively hunt for new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and market insights to support business planning.
  • Ensure compliance with EHS standards, company policies, and all applicable legal requirements.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Instrumentation, or Automation Engineering.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of technical sales experience in industries such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Marine, or Power Plants.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
  • Familiarity with end users in Jurong Island is highly preferred.
  • Possession of a Class 3 driving license and own vehicle is an advantage (or willingness to rent).
