  • Provide pre-sales and after-sales support to all HVAC/ACMV projects.
  • Manage the Service Team in executing project plans, timelines, cost preparations and resources requirement.
  • Provide technical support and clarifications to the Customer Service in producing comprehensive quotations to the clients.
  • Address and resolve project administrative issues that may arise during project execution.
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers to prepare necessary equipment required for the project.
  • Actively follow-up and resolve customer service-related issues / concerns.
  • Attend internal and external meetings with stakeholders to resolve service operational matters.
  • Oversee project execution and ensure service completion are within schedule.
  • Ensure off-site operations are scheduled in accordance with customers' requirements.
  • Ensure customers' requirements are clearly coordinated and communicated with the Service Team.
  • Conduct site survey to accurately plan and allocate manpower resources for all Service jobs.
  • Ensure Service projects are in compliance with all internal and project site SQE rules & regulations.
