HR Administration Officer

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interview arrangements and documents verification
- Conduct new employee orientation and facilitate the onboarding process
- Coordinate setup of access passes and computers for new staff
- Assist with off boarding processes
Employee Relations
- Support and promote employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture
- Create and manage communication materials such as internal newsletters, LinkedIn posts, company banners for roadshow and other publications as required
HR Administration
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
- Handle HR documentation, including employment contracts, HR reports and labour market surveys etc
- Support employee training and development activities
- Prepare and process payroll, ensuring compliance with employment laws
- Undertake any other related duties or projects as assigned for HR administration
Benefits Administration
- Assist in managing employee benefits programs, including health insurance, workmen compensation, and leave entitlements
- Provide support to employees regarding benefits inquiries and enrollment
Office Administration
- Ensure pantry supplies are well stocked and maintained
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in HR roles, preferably as an HR Assistant or HR Coordinator
- Knowledge of HR best practices and Singapore labor laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good writing and editing skills with keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
