Roles & Responsibilities
1. Role Summary
We are searching for a talented and results-oriented Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead Agrani Exchange House Private Limited, Singapore which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Agrani Bank PLC., a fully state-owned bank of Bangladesh that is carrying out cross-border remittance business in Singapore.
The CEO will oversee business performance, digital transformation, risk governance, stakeholder engagement, and long-term growth, ensuring local initiatives align seamlessly with the global strategic vision.
The CEO will act as the key representative of the organization, accountable for driving business strategy, ensuring full compliance with all regulatory requirements (particularly those governed by MAS ), and spearheading digital innovation in financial services.

3. Qualifications & Experience
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
AND/OR
- Postgraduate qualification (e.g. MBA, MBM)
Experience
- Minimum of 10 years of overall professional experience , including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the banking, fintech, or remittance sectors .
- Demonstrated experience leading a regulated financial institution in Singapore, with a solid understanding of MAS regulatory frameworks .
