Key accountabilities


• Assist in the operation and maintenance of critical building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety

• Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities with a focus on learning and continuous improvement

• Monitor equipment performance, identify issues, and propose solutions with guidance from senior team members

• Work closely with vendors and contractors to coordinate routine works and projects

• Participate in improvement initiatives that enhance safety, energy efficiency, and user comfort

Qualifications & Experience


• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Building Services, Facilities Management, or a related field

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Strong interest in facilities operations and a genuine desire to learn and grow

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• A positive attitude, proactive mindset, and ability to work well in a team
