Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing and communications strategies in line with organisational objectives.
  • Plan and execute programme-specific marketing campaigns to support student enrolment targets.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms (e.g., Google, Facebook, LinkedIn) including performance tracking and optimisation.
  • Create and oversee marketing content to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
  • Coordinate public and media relations, including press coverage and outreach.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales and academic departments) to align marketing with organisational goals.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with external vendors and partners.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on marketing performance metrics and suggest data-driven improvements.
  • Support marketing efforts for institute-led events such as open houses, recruitment fairs, and graduation ceremonies.
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects or duties assigned by management.

Requirements:
  • A recognised Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in digital and social media marketing, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in the education sector will be an added advantage.
  • A team player who is adaptable, detail-oriented, and proactive.
