Position Overview

We are expanding our sales team and looking for enthusiastic Sales Representatives to join us.

If you are an outgoing, confident communicator with a passion for design and people, this is your opportunity to build a fulfilling career in interior design sales — no prior experience required.

Leads are provided, training is included, and for experienced ID sales representatives - joining bonus is available.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet with prospective clients (appointments provided) to understand their design needs and renovation goals.
  • Conduct professional, open, and consultative sales discussions to recommend suitable interior design solutions.
  • Generate accurate quotations and proposals based on client requirements.
  • Work closely with designers and project teams to ensure client expectations are met.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive conversions and referrals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum N-Level qualification or higher.
  • Fluent in English and at least one other language (Mandarin Chinese, Malay, or Tamil) to effectively communicate with a diverse client base.
  • Outgoing personality with high energy and a positive attitude.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable speaking with clients in person and over the phone.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Training will be provided — no minimum ID sales experience required.
