We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our Purchasing & Logistics team. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating overseas orders, managing payments, liaising with suppliers and freight forwarders, and handling general administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:-
Order Processing: Place purchase orders with overseas suppliers and track shipments.

Payment Handling: Issue overseas payments via Telegraphic Transfer (TT) or Letter of Credit (LC).

Supplier Coordination: Assist the sales team in communicating product-related issues to suppliers.

Logistics Support: Arrange local trucking with freight forwarders upon container arrival.

Administrative Duties: Maintain records, prepare documentation, and assist with general office tasks.

Previous experience in purchasing, logistics, or administrative support preferred.

Familiarity with international payments (TT/LC) and shipping processes is a plus.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
