Responsibilities:

  • Review insurers' invoices and validate accuracy against placement slips and renewal census
  • Perform data reconciliations by comparing internal records with clients' and/or insurers' records
  • Random checks on accuracy of file renaming and updates in D365 and BE & reviewing and validating of administration duties
  • Monitor GDC teams' progress ensuring deadlines and quality expectations are met
  • Manage escalations when discrepancies or quality concerns arise
  • Coordinate and liaising with relevant stakeholders
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned, including data clean-up and process improvement tasks

Requirements:

  • Preferably with experience in handling policy administration for Health & Benefits insurance (no experience but interested, welcome to apply too)
  • Min degree / diploma
