Responsibilities
• Liaising & coordination with clients on all the shipment arrangement
• Updating into system of the client request (Air or Sea Shipment)
• Creating Orders and input into system
• Liaising with customers on their request and shipment details
• Following up with 3PL on the necessary shipment process and delivery status
Qualifications
• O level or Diploma in any field
• With 2-3 years of experience in logistics & order processing
• Candidates with 3PL experience welcome to apply
• Good interpersonal skills
