As an Senior Assistant Manager (Corporate Collaboration Office), you will be responsible for the following duties :

  • Leverage the company's brand to position it as the preferred choice in the industry, increasing mindshare within the focus sector through engagement, support, and collaboration.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to plan, coordinate, and deliver departmental goals, supporting corporate strategies, marketing plans, and KPI-driven initiatives.
  • Manage key accounts and patient-related coordination while identifying and developing partnership opportunities through research, outreach, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships as the main liaison for the Corporate Collaboration Office (CCO).
  • Monitor market trends and performance metrics to provide insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts, renewals, and risk assessments in collaboration with finance, legal, and operations teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, with at least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and administrative skills; proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven team player.
  • Comfortable with data analysis and reporting, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
