Job Scope:

We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to support coordination, liaison, and administrative functions for our training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of training events from planning to on-site execution.
  • Handle facility and logistics management, including securing venues, setting up rooms, and preparing equipment and materials.
  • Provide pre-course support such as arranging directional signage, ensuring resources are in place, and preparing training rooms.
  • Offer on-site assistance during training sessions to ensure smooth operation of technical equipment and event flow.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for external vendors, managing timely delivery of services and troubleshooting issues.
  • Support the full training lifecycle, including processing registrations, liaising with training providers, tracking attendance, and maintaining records.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor or team.

Requirements:

  • Singaporean only.
  • Minimum Diploma in HR Management and related field.
