Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end logistics cycle, from purchase order placement to goods delivery.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, forwarders, and consignees to arrange international shipments (sea/air/land) and ensure timely documentation.

  • Prepare and verify complete sets of shipping documents for inbound, outbound, and transshipment processes, such as:

  • Commercial Invoice & Packing List (CIPL)

  • Bill of Lading (B/L), Switch B/L
  • Certificate of Origin (Form E/D/AK)
  • Insurance Certificate
  • Import/Export/Transshipment Permits
  • Letter of Credit (L/C) and DA/DP submission documents
  • Track and monitor shipment milestones, providing regular updates to internal teams and customers.
  • Support finance team with supplier payments, invoice processing, and reconciliation of shipment expenses.
  • Maintain accurate records of trade, shipping, and financial documents for audit and internal controls.
  • Contribute to workflow improvements in logistics documentation and payment tracking.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Key Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in trading, logistics, or export/import/transshipment operations.
  • Solid understanding of Incoterms, international shipping practices, and banking terms (L/C, DA/DP).
  • Skilled in freight booking, customs clearance procedures, and coordination with shipping agents.
  • Basic accounting knowledge or related experience is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Capable of managing multiple shipments and meeting tight deadlines independently
