We are looking for a Lead Management Director to design and execute end-to-end lead generation, qualification, and conversion strategies that drive measurable business growth.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and implement a global lead management strategy and governance framework.
  • Design and optimize lead qualification models (MQL, SQL, Opportunity).
  • Build and manage centralized CRM dashboards for visibility and conversion tracking.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Regional Sales teams to ensure high-quality lead flow.
  • Establish standardized lead scoring, nurturing, and re-engagement processes.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10+ years experience in B2B marketing/sales, with at least 5 years in lead management.
  • Strong skills in strategic planning, data analysis, process standardization, and cross-functional leadership.
