About the role

KD2 Interior Pte Ltd, is seeking a dedicated and organised Part Time Project Assistant to support our Project Director. This part-time role will be based in the West Region and will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth running of key construction projects.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Project Director, including schedule management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other important documents
  • Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration
  • Maintaining meticulous records and ensuring the efficient organisation of project-related information
  • Supporting the Project Director in managing their workload and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Undertaking ad-hoc tasks as required to support the wider construction team
  • To go on-site to survey site condition

What we're looking for

  • Experience as a Project Assistant or in a similar administrative support role, ideally within the construction industry
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to create professional-looking documents and presentations
  • A proactive and adaptable approach, with the willingness to take on a variety of tasks
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of work
