About the role

JOB ELITE TT AGENCY' is seeking an experienced Hotel Floor Manager to join our team in the Changi East Region of Singapore. As a Hotel Floor Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations on the hotel floors, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness. This full-time position is integral to the success of our hotel and will provide you with opportunities for professional development and career growth.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage and supervise the hotel's housekeeping staff, including scheduling, training and performance management
  2. Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any issues or concerns
  3. Ensure the cleanliness and presentation of all guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house facilities
  4. Coordinate with other hotel departments to maintain seamless operations
  5. Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures to uphold brand standards
  6. Assist with guest check-in and check-out processes as needed
  7. Participate in regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement
  8. Provide leadership and mentorship to the housekeeping team

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar hotel floor management role
  2. Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  3. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  4. Exceptional customer service orientation and the ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints effectively
  5. Proficient in using hotel management software and technology
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  7. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and demands
  8. Relevant hospitality or hotel management qualification
