Job Details (Here's what you can expect)

  • You get to work primarily in 1 of our 25 hotels in Singapore
  • 6 days' work week (8 hours per day)

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor linen delivery robots to transport linen and amenities efficiently across guest floors and pantries.
  • Handle loading/unloading of linen, and ensure timely collection and delivery between rooms and laundry.
  • Coordinate with the Housekeeping team to ensure smooth robot dispatch and linen flow.
  • Inspect and report linen quality issues, shortages, or equipment faults promptly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of pantries, docking stations, and work areas.
  • Support sustainability initiatives and assist with housekeeping operations during peak periods.
  • Any additional duties within reasonable scope assigned by Management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping or administrative coordination in hospitality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office application.
  • Basic English literacy and ability to use inventory systems.
  • Must be able to lift heavy objects and handle stock movement.
  • Comfortable with technology, automation, and robotics operations.
  • Detail-oriented, accountable, and organized.
  • Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
