Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Program Manager to lead and support transformation initiatives within a fast-paced, global financial services environment. This role involves managing end-to-end project lifecycles, from requirements gathering and testing to stakeholder engagement and operational readiness. The ideal candidate will possess strong program management skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to drive process improvements while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Salary up to $10000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse data, produce business and functional requirement documentation, and prepare presentation packs.
  • Perform testing for SIT/UAT.
  • Prepare communications and training deliverables for operational readiness activities.
  • Manage and track assigned projects, plans, and deliverables to required standards and obtain necessary sign-offs.
  • Proactively communicate status, issues, resolutions, and risks to sponsors and key stakeholders on a timely basis.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with business and technology stakeholders, acting as SME to senior stakeholders and/or other team members.
  • Work with stakeholders across multiple channels to ensure requirements are clearly documented, strategic, and supported by a business case, cost-benefit analysis, tangible benefits, and associated KPIs.
  • Implement best practices and global consistency, simplifying and standardizing processes, controls, and workflows.
  • Support stakeholders across the program lifecycle, including testing and operational readiness planning.
  • Facilitate and deliver change to reduce the risk profile.
  • Drive adherence to program processes, procedures, methods, and standards for program delivery as defined by internal PM standards.

Requirements:

  • Experience delivering transformation programs in a fast-paced, large global financial services firm, ideally in operations, risk, or technology.
  • Strong program management skills; able to track and maintain milestones independently.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, with flexibility to handle changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent analytical, data management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to clearly document findings and propose solutions using tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, Confluence, and other relevant tools.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical and business issues and solutions to multiple levels.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder engagement, with the ability to lead and drive working groups involving senior stakeholders.
