Responsibilities:

  • Analyse data, produce business & functional requirement documentation, produce presentation packs, SIT/UAT testing
  • Prepare communications and training deliverables for operational readiness activities
  • Manage and track a set of assigned projects, plans, deliverables to required standards and signed off.
  • Proactively manage the communication of status, issue, resolution and risks to the Sponsor and key stakeholders on a timely basis.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with business and technology stakeholders acting as SME to senior stakeholders and/or other team members.
  • Works with stakeholders in multiple channels to ensure requirements are clearly documented, are strategic, and backed by a business case, cost benefit analysis, tangible benefits and associated KPIs.
  • Implement best practices and global consistency, simplifying & standardizing processes, controls and flows.

Qualifications: /Experience:

  • Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred
  • At least 10 years of experience

·       Experience in delivering transformation programs in a fast paced, large global financial services firm, ideally in an operations, risk or technology organization.

·       Strong Program Management skills, Multi-tasking ,

· Excellent analytical, data management and problem-solving skills and ability to clearly document findings and proposals for solutions using tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, Confluence and any other relevant tools.
