  • Issue invoices, track payments, and manage daily accounting entries
  • Prepare reports and assist with annual filings
  • Liaise with auditors, suppliers, and customers

  • Assist in purchasing or inventory tasks when needed
Requirements:
  • Experience in accounting and GST reporting
  • Proficient in Excel and accounting software (AutoCount Accounting)
  • Strong attention to detail and good time management
  • Able to work independently and multitask
  • Prior experience in admin duties is a plus
