Drink Stall Associate – Food Court

Location: Islandwide (Food Courts / Coffee Shops)

Job Overview:

Responsible for the daily operations of the drink stall, ensuring smooth service, excellent customer experience, and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Outlet Operations:

  • Manage drink stall operations, including opening, mid, and closing shifts.
  • Handle customer transactions using cash registers / POS systems (cash, credit card, coupons, cashless payments).
  • Maintain hygiene, safety, and licensing compliance according to company SOPs and WSH guidelines.
  • Monitor inventory levels of perishable and non-perishable items; place and process orders using the e-PR system.
  • Conduct monthly stock-takes and ensure FIFO compliance.
  • Support F&B supervisor in staff scheduling, training, and development.
  • Assist in creating new in-house products.
  • Work with Maintenance Department to resolve hygiene or outlet issues promptly.

Customer Service:

  • Provide professional, positive, and empathetic service at all times.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and feedback.
  • Drive sales performance through upselling and cost control.

Tenant & Stakeholder Management:

  • Support 100% stall occupancy by maintaining good relationships with tenants.
  • Ensure food quality and service standards are upheld.
  • Handle feedback from customers and landlords, identifying areas for improvement.

Administration & Reporting:

  • Perform daily sales bank-ins.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and rental income targets.
  • Prepare shift and weekly reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with company rules, quality standards, and safety regulations.
