Job Description:

Month-End Closing & Inventory

  • Perform monthly inventory reconciliation and reporting.
  • Ensure accuracy of stock records and highlight discrepancies for resolution.

Financial Reporting & Balance Sheet Management

  • Prepare and update balance sheet schedules on a monthly basis.
  • Maintain supporting documentation for audit and compliance purposes.

Month-End Activities

  • Prepare and upload payroll entries into system
  • Support all other month-end closing activities, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.

Profit & Loss (P&L) Analysis

  • Prepare and analyse monthly P&L statements.

  • Provide variance analysis with commentary on key drivers.

  • Performs other related duties as required and or as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Strong knowledge of month-end closing processes and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work under tight deadlines.
