
HR & Admin Assistant

Job Description:
- Track and update daily attendance records and employee overtime; manage leave applications and maintain an organized filing system.
- Coordinate with recruitment platforms to advertise job openings. Conduct phone screenings, arrange interviews, and handle walk-in candidates.
- Handle applications and renewals for employee work passes. Review and verify medical claim submissions.
- Prepare HR-related documents such as offer letters, confirmation letters, warning notices, memos, etc.
- Work with insurance brokers for company insurance renewals and evaluate coverage options and pricing.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including fingerprint registration, repatriation flight bookings, and employee data updates.
- Make travel arrangements, including flight and hotel bookings, for business trips.
- Assist with organizing training programs and manage renewals for licenses, certifications, or courses due for expiry.
- Carry out any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent qualification.
- Able to communicate effectively with employees and stakeholders.
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative assistant role is preferred.
- Willing to work at the Tuas location.
- 5-day work week.
