We're now looking for a meticulous and proactive Operations Admin / Supply Chain & Warehousing to join our central operations team.
Job Responsibilities
Supply Chain & Inventory
- Manage procurement, inventory tracking, and stock replenishment across all outlets
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and maintain stock accuracy
- Conduct periodic stock takes and generate inventory reports
- Monitor COGS and usage patterns to reduce wastage and improve efficiency
Warehousing & Logistics
- Oversee warehouse operations, stock movement, and deliveries
- Ensure proper labelling, cleanliness, and compliance with food storage standards
- Liaise with delivery drivers and outlet managers for smooth logistics coordination
Operations Admin Support
- Maintain accurate records for licensing, permits, vendor contracts, and asset lists
- Assist with new outlet setup and operational documentation (SOPs, equipment lists, etc.)
- Support operations team in audit preparations, purchasing, and other administrative duties
Requirements
- Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in similar operations, F&B preferred
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
- Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets; experience with HRMS or POS inventory systems a plus
- Independent, resourceful, and comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
